Tidal to start “Master quality” streaming service

Tidal announced that it is going to be the first streaming service to offer the audio as it comes out directly from the studio, exactly like the artist itself designs it when he produces. The quality declared is 96 kHz/24 bit. Will this help them fill the gap between them and other bigger streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music? quality is certainly an important aspect in music. We’ll see how it develops. Many other streaming service companies seem to be working on it but Tidal seems to be leading on the others after this move.
